Sorry – no service this weekend, being our first Sunday of the month, but hope you have a fun at a fireworks display if venturing out. See you again on 13 November (Remembrance Sunday).
Hi guys, hope those of you with families are enjoying the Half Term. This Sunday at our 10.30 service at the Delphi we continue our series: The Women in People’s Lives. This week we look at Hannah, the mother of Samuel. Remember to bring a Bible. If you don’t have one, do feel free to take a Bible from the box on the Welcome Desk, compliments of the church.
For those of us at Worship & Stories on Saturday night you’ll know how much we were blessed with some wonderfully led worship and moving stories from people whose lives have been changed by a dynamic relationship with Jesus. This Sunday Ronnie Mcdermid and guys from Trent Vineyard will be with us again. Our dear friend Rich Bull will be speaking on God’s world. We know that he may just look like a worship guitarist, but the guy has more degrees to his name than Diana Ross. We are in for a treat. See you at the Delphi Centre 10.30. Come early for fresh coffee and snacks. All newcomers and and those just looking particularly welcome.
Come to an informal evening of live worship music mixed with people’s stories taking place at the Delphi Centre, Newton Road, Sudbury Suffolk. Worship is led by Ronnie Mcdermid who is part of the Trent Vineyard, Nottingham, He is joined by friend Rich Bull and Phil Squires of Trent Band. They have gifted the church with a number of worship songs, including among others perfect Sacrifice, Hold On and Skins and Bones.
Hear also from people who have had their lives changed by finding a faith in Jesus.
Arrive early for fresh coffee and delicious snacks.
Click here for a map to find. Bar open after the event so do hang around for a drink and chat.
Look forward to seeing you.
This Saturday we have a Vineyard Area Leaders’ Day with John and Debbie Wright from Trent Vineyard at Gateway Vineyard Norwich. 10am-4pm. If you would like to come do let us know quickly, so can have an idea of numbers. It promises to be a cracking day!
Meanwhile, we look forward to seeing you at our service on Sunday morning – 10.30 am at the Delphi Centre, Newton Road, Sudbury. We begin a new preaching series: ‘The Women in Jesus’ Past’, which will look at the lives of Bathsheba, Ruth, Hannah and Rahab and allow us to draw some valuable lessons from them. We’ll also be taking communion together this Sunday.
